James provides open and honest advice. He values long term relationship and will tell you what you need to hear even if that may be against his own interest in short term. For the size of loan we had, we were asking him so many questions and we continue to ask him many. He will still spend the time to make sure that we are comfortable before we sign anything. His team also provides on going services to see if the banks can negotiate any more suitable and will let us know if lower interest rate can be achieved. I only wish he expands his business to outside of mortgage so I can use his services in other areas.
